Effective January 10th, 2013, ROMTEC S.R.L. due to a change in the shareholder’s structure, become a Romanian – Austrian joint venture with the name ROMTEC AUSTRIA S.R.L.,in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation.
As a consequence, the name of the company will change to ROMTEC AUSTRIA S.R.L., as of the same date. This change will have no effect for you, except as described in this letter.
The address, telephone and fax numbers, bank accounts and VAT number will remain unchanged. The previous web and e-mail addresses will remain active, besides the new ones: www.romtec-austria.ro and …@romtec-austria.ro.
Please ensure all comunications, notices and documents related to the supply or purchase of products and services sent after the aforementioned date will be addressed as follows:
