Effective May 7th, 2012, ROMTEC S.A. was converted from an  S.A. (Joint-stock Company) in S.R.L. (Limited Liability Company) in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation.

As a consequence, the name of the company will change to ROMTEC S.R.L., as of the same date. This change will have no implication for you, except as described in this letter.

The address, telephone and fax numbers, web and e-mail addresses, bank account and VAT numbers will remain unchanged.

Please ensure all comunications, notices and documents related to the supply or purchase of products and services sent after the aforementioned date will be addressed as follows:
